UCT presenting at TIAFT 2010 (Aug 29-Sept 2 2010)

In the world of Forensic Toxicology and allied sciences, UCT leads the field in SPE and related materials. Scientists at UCT have been accepted to present a study in collaboration with a major US crime laboratory into the analysis of THC in oral samples. The study is to be presented at the International Association of Forensic Toxicologists Annual Meeting in Bonn, Germany (August 29-September 2). This study uses the the very latest in UCT materials and analytical technology (LC-MS/MS) to isolate, and quantify low levels of THC in oral fluid swabs. This innovation by the scientists at UCT demonstrates the commitment to advancing the science of SPE for the forensic community worldwide.
